What is your location?Our address is: Meadow Farm Campsite, North Cliffe, Tenby, SA70 8AU.
We’re just a 5-minute walk from North Beach, Tenby, in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
How do I get there?From all major routes, head to Tenby on the A478. After you’ve passed the “Welcome to Tenby” sign, take the second left at the first roundabout, signposted “Old Walled Town”. Continue for approximately 1 mile until you see black railings and the seafront ahead. Turn left onto The Croft and continue with the beach on your right. Pass the Park Hotel on the right, then continue down the single-track road signposted “Meadow Farm Campsite”. Carry on for approximately 100 yards to the end — the campsite entrance is on the left.

When do you open?Our 2026 season runs from 20th March 2026 to 27th September 2026.
What units do you accept?We welcome touring caravans, motorhomes, campervans, tents, trailer tents and roof-top tents.
Do you provide seasonal pitches?No, we offer touring pitches only.
Can I just turn up?Advance booking is advised to avoid disappointment, especially at weekends, bank holidays and school holidays.

During the season you can also book by phone on 01834 818500 (office hours 10:00–18:00).
What deposit is required?£40 per pitch, non-refundable.
What is your cancellation policy?We will refund the cost of your holiday (minus the deposit) for cancellations made more than 3 weeks before your arrival date. We’re unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 3 weeks before your arrival date.
Do you accept group bookings?We’re a family-friendly campsite and cannot accept large group bookings. A maximum of 3 family units together is permitted.
What size are your pitches?All pitches are numbered and marked with white-topped wooden posts. Pitches measure 8m x 8m; your unit (including guy ropes and awnings) must fit within this space.
Do you have serviced pitches?Yes — hard-standing pitches with electric hook-up (EHU), individual water supply and grey-waste disposal.
Do I need levelling ramps?Some pitches have a slight slope due to the natural terrain of the National Park. We highly recommend bringing levelling ramps.
Do all pitches have a view of Tenby?Most pitches have a view of Tenby, though some views may be slightly obscured when the site is busy.
Can I request a specific pitch?We’ll note your request but can’t guarantee a specific pitch. If your preferred pitch isn’t in use when you arrive, we may be able to allocate it.
What are check-in and check-out times?- Check-in: from 13:00 (please arrive before reception closes at 18:00 where possible). For late arrivals, please discuss with the warden during office hours (10:00–18:00).
- Check-out: by 11:00 on the day of departure.
Well-behaved dogs are very welcome. We have a dog-walking trail with spectacular views over Tenby and Caldey Island, a dog-wash shower, and drinking-water bowls around the site.
Do you allow campfires?Yes — campfires are allowed. Please exercise common sense and follow site guidance when lighting and managing fires.
Is there a charge for showers?No — showers are free of charge.
Do you have disabled facilities?Yes — a wet room with shower, toilet, basin and chair.
Do you have baby-changing facilities?Yes — a family wet room with shower, toilet and basin, plus a baby-change unit, baby bath, toddler step and stool.
Do you have laundry facilities?We don’t have a launderette on site, but there are two in town.
Do you have Wi-Fi?We don’t currently provide guest Wi-Fi, but we have good 4G/5G coverage depending on your network provider.
Do you have a shop on site?No, however we do sell delicious locally made ice-cream and various drinks at the campsite reception.
Do you provide freezer facilities?Yes - 24/7 access for named freezer blocks only.
What is the maximum power on the EHU?Our EHUs provide a maximum of 10A (2.2 kW) at any one time. Please ensure heaters, hairdryers and kettles do not exceed this and avoid using high-draw appliances simultaneously.
Can I book a caravan on a non-electric pitch?No — caravans must book onto an electric pitch. Bookings for caravans on non-EHU will be refused.
Can I charge my electric car?We don’t have EV charging on site. The nearest charging point is at Sainsbury’s in town.
Do you have any restrictions on noise?This is a peaceful, quiet family site. Quiet hours are 22:00–07:30.
Do you allow visitors?Unfortunately we’re unable to accommodate visitors due to capacity and limited parking. As we’re within walking distance of Tenby, there are plenty of cafés, bars and venues to meet friends and family while supporting local businesses.
Where are the nearest beaches, pubs, shops and restaurants?All are a 10-minute stroll into Tenby, one of the UK’s most picturesque seaside towns — four stunning beaches, quaint cobbled streets and eye-catching, brightly coloured houses. The town is packed with stylish bars, dog-friendly cafés, golden sands and independent shops, boutiques and galleries.
No visit is complete without a trip to Caldey Island, a 20-minute boat ride away. Home to Cistercian monks since the 5th century, it’s a haven for wildlife (including reintroduced red squirrels) with sandy beaches, secret coves, picnic spots and spectacular coastal walks. Seals, dolphins and porpoises are commonly seen.
Are you near the Pembrokeshire Coast Path?Yes — Meadow Farm is positioned right on the Coast Path, perfect for exploring 186 miles of spectacular coastal scenery.
If I leave early due to bad weather, can I have a refund?We don’t refund due to bad weather and recommend taking out holiday insurance. The site has good drainage and does not flood.
